攜子燒炭觸殺人罪嫌 母殺人未遂桃檢起訴

去年11月6日凌晨，桃園一名34歲的母親因經濟狀況不佳、工作不順想不開，在家中帶著一對分別8歲和10歲的兒子在房間燒炭自殺，幸好他的先生剛好返回家中，趕緊將點燃的炭火熄滅，母子三人才救回一命。桃園地檢署認為此風不可長，提醒天下父母有困難要尋求援助，不可以帶孩子自殺，這是觸犯殺人罪嫌，今天依照殺人未遂罪嫌將她提起公訴。
