嘉義梅山太平雲梯發包　預計2016年亮相

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】眾所矚目的梅山鄉太平風景區「太平雲梯」，第一階段周邊服務區水土保持工程，包括停車場及水保設施等發包作業，經阿里山國家風景管理處12月3日上網公開招標後，在本月20日順利發包完成，預計花費8個月工期、投入2千餘萬元經費，預計明年8月可完工

至於雲梯主體部分，阿管處則說，將和遊客中心一同列在明年元月的第二階段發包，初步約估花1億6千萬經費打造，而此座281公尺、國內最長的單跨式吊橋，也將在2016年中，正式亮相。
