國宅頂樓修繕掉漆　屋內下小雨得用水盆接

【林媛玲／台北報導】北市萬華區中正國宅專供中高齡與中低收入戶承租，但因房舍已有30多年歷史，年久失修下，住戶抱怨每到下雨時，屋外下大雨屋內就下小雨，原因是包商在今年10月在頂樓正進行防水工程時，將防水層刨除，卻沒有立即修復，現今僅用臨時防水漆塗上。住在12樓的周姓住戶說，只要下大雨，她家廚房及床鋪必定淹水，還需用水盆來接，十分不方便。

今早市議員郭昭巖與北市都發局前往現場會勘，許多住戶不斷抱怨市府做事慢吞吞，一個防水工程搞了3個多月都還沒搞定，導致現在天冷還須要面對冷濕濕的屋子，甚至電梯一天到晚故障，讓許多長者生活非常不便。

都發局回應表示，市府編列1千多萬元預算針對防漏及庭院等整修，因頂樓防水工程一直在等材料審查相關作業程序，日後會加強作業，預計明年農曆年前完成頂樓防水整修。
