沈呂巡與蔡煌瑯「鬥嘴」　史亞平觀戰笑開懷

【陳郁仁／台北報導】我駐英代表沈呂巡今返台到立法院外交及國防委員會進行業務報告，民進黨籍立委蔡煌瑯質詢時頻與沈呂巡抬槓。蔡煌瑯先說「你脾氣改了嗎？」沈回說：「人到60幾歲脾氣很難改。」

蔡煌瑯又批沈呂巡的報告只提到協助引渡酒駕撞死人的英商林克穎，完全不提軍情局逃官葉玫和潛逃英國的拉法葉案軍火商汪傳浦，沈則回嗆：「你又沒問，你問了我就會說，台英關係不是只有葉玫和汪傳浦。」

蔡煌瑯接著又說，如果你能讓林克穎、葉玫和汪傳浦都回台，「我就給你按個讚。」沈呂巡立即回說：「你不按讚的話，至少給我們同仁一些肯定」。整個質詢過程，列席的外交部常務次長史亞平，一邊聽一邊笑得很開心，還不時左右轉頭看兩人「鬥嘴」。
