想請問各位， 因一年前任職於台中某服務業， 因竹北當時有新點開幕的需求，故上司有詢問是否願意轉調竹北， 目前也已在竹北服務滿一年以上， 現在公司擬定林口要在開一間， 有需要轉調我過去林口， 因在竹北往返中部已經不算近了(一個月兩次)， 如果公司端強制要轉調至北部是否有勞基法的條例(比如超過幾KM)可以拒絕? 再麻煩各位~謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.216.118
