冷氣團發威至明天　降雨緩解除大雨特報

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，因降雨趨於緩和，今天解除大雨特報，但冷氣團持續發威將到明天，今晨平地最低溫為宜蘭12℃，其次是嘉義12.1℃、台南12.3℃。

氣象局表示，冷空氣影響下，今天白天高溫也不會太高，預測北部、東北部僅13到15度，其他地區在16到19度間，北台灣一整天感覺仍然偏冷；水氣持續偏多的關系，迎風面的北部、東半部地區仍然容易下雨，基隆北海岸一帶下雨的時間會較長些，中南部地區也會有一些局部性的短暫雨。
