標題[請益] 申請研替後免疫通過

想請教一下各位大大 小弟今天到台積參加座談會 剛剛接到通知說要給我一個研替的offer 但是前一個禮拜我收到免役通知 所以我就把這項訊息告訴打給我的HR 並且問他說是否可以轉為一般錄取 但那位HR的意思是他們目前招募的是針對研替和預聘做招募 意思是說如果我要進公司要再重新頭一次履歷從新跑一次面試等等 想請問大大 真的沒有辦法直接轉嗎 所以預聘也沒有針對免役的人嗎 還是我我應該跟公司的什麼單問詢問一下?? 謝謝各位 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.18.17 ※ 編輯: Qpidforever 來自: 140.114.18.17 (12/17 18:00)
