槍擊要犯害4命判死　最高院撤銷發回更審

【法庭中心／台北報導】槍擊要犯陳勇志16年前，為提高自己在黑道知名度，先後在台中地區3家酒店開槍造成4死，被二審依殺人等罪判處死刑，全案上訴後，最高法院今天將陳男的死刑判決撤銷，發回更審。
 
曾被列為頭號槍擊要犯的陳勇志，是在1997年底，到台中金錢豹夜總會飲酒，因與服務小姐發生口角，朝櫃檯大廳射擊，造成1女子死亡；隔年又掃射路易十三KTV包廂，造成2死2傷；另陳又夥同多人朝普羅酒店掃射149發子彈，造成1名女經理死亡，陳事後逃亡中國，3年前被押解回台。
 
台中高分院斥責陳僅因服務人員態度不佳等小事，就開槍掃射，手段惡劣，判他死刑，全案上訴最高法院後，合議庭一度有意提訊陳出庭，但幾經考量後，仍以最高院僅針對法律問題審理，因此未提訊陳。
