【胡治言／綜合報導】蕭敬騰遭潑糞案，潑糞4人幫月初已遭警方送辦，蕭敬騰曾懷疑幕後主使是Yuki（蔭山友紀），因罪證不足已排除涉案，但她和助理在網路辱罵蕭的經紀人林有慧，警仍依公然侮辱罪嫌函送。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，蕭敬騰昨獲知女粉絲Yuki等人遭送辦後鬆了一口氣，他心情大好，還搞笑蹲地受訪，「一切就交給法官審判，有罪無罪都尊重」，並希望全案盡快落幕、恢復平靜，Yuki則聲明要告《自由時報》、蕭的經紀人及其公司。
