【動新聞】火鍋名店凍豆腐　4家含防腐劑

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北市衛生局10月抽驗市售火鍋料50件，查出大地煮忠孝分店、唐宮蒙古烤肉、火鍋世家、陶御軒等4家凍豆腐違規含防腐劑苯甲酸，已要求下架違規產品。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台北市衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀昨說，抽驗凍豆腐，標準為不可添加防腐劑，以大地煮忠孝分店的凍豆腐每公斤含苯甲酸1.46公克最高；另稽查六福客棧微風台北車站店自製的排骨便當，驗出大腸桿菌群最確數超標，已開罰3萬元。
