哈佛炸彈未證實 官方展開調查

哈佛大學今天因接獲炸彈恐嚇，而將校內4棟建築物的人員疏散，同時報警，並取消了進行中的期末考。

哈佛校方在上午9時2分下令，將科學中心、塞爾宿舍樓（Thayer）、塞佛教室與演講廳（Sever）及愛默生大樓（Emerson）清空。

但在最初發出警報4小時後，校方表示，其中2棟建築已完成安全檢查，學生可重新進入。

哈佛網站宣布，至於設有數學系、統計系和科學歷史系辦公室的塞佛大樓和科學中心依然關閉。

儘管校內放置炸彈的消息尚未獲得證實，聯邦與麻州仍派出官員協助調查。

校方說，校警「沒有理由認為，校內其他地點遭到威脅」。
