列為十大惡人　劉政鴻自認坦蕩蕩！要告朱學恆

宅神朱學恆在2013年即將結束時，推出今年最具代表性的「十大惡人」票選活動，其中總統馬英九與苗栗縣長劉政鴻通通上榜，並將十大惡人搭配時事製成短片，引起網友熱議。不過劉政鴻認為自己態度坦蕩蕩，沒有貪贓枉法，被指為「惡人」毀損名譽，要求朱學恆2日內提出列為惡人的原因，否則就提告。

宅神朱學恆表示，惡人年年有，但今年特別多，儘管如此仍要選出最具代表性的「十大惡人」，其中馬王政爭，總統馬英九以「被偷走的那五年」為封號上榜，以及遭到球鞋攻擊的「東鞋西毒」苗栗縣長劉政鴻。

而一連串的食安問題也在榜上，油爆事件大統負責人高振利、味全董事長魏應充，以及胖達仁香精麵包也在內，以「如來神掌」為封號的桃園縣蘆竹鄉鄉代王貴芬，裹掌摑掌護理師事件，也讓她擠進「十大惡人」之一。其中遠雄董事長趙藤雄也被列入「十大惡人」，趙藤雄決定對朱學恒提告，卻被反譏為「惡人先告狀」。

劉政鴻替趙藤雄抱屈，認為趙藤雄籌辦「趙萬枝紀念醫院」基金會、投資興建醫院，卻被朱學恆批評為惡人，是種抹黑行為。劉政鴻也表示，自己態度坦蕩蕩，沒有貪贓枉法，被指為「惡人」毀損名譽，要求朱學恆2日內提出列為惡人的原因，否則就提告。
