年輕人反而比年長者容易覺得累

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】年輕人給人的感覺總是充滿精力，但一項最新的研究卻發現，年長者其實比年輕人少感到疲乏，特別是15至24歲的年輕一群，在日常活動中最容易感到疲憊。

英國《每日郵報》引述倫敦政治經濟學院的最新研究指出，在調查了近1.3萬名美國人後發現，隨著年齡增加，勞累感會持續減少。研究顯示，睡眠時間、子女數目、是否受僱和健康狀況，都是引起勞累感覺的關鍵。

研究人員指出，學歷較高和健康的人士，較少感到疲勞，但女性則較容易覺得累，而子女越多，疲倦感就越高。專家認為，年長者比較能善用時間，加上他們較少使用社群網站等媒體，專注力不會像年青人般被消耗。
