藝人蕭敬騰遭攻擊事件，警方調查出日籍女粉絲Yuki涉嫌教唆，Yuki下午透過律師發表聲明，表明將對蕭敬騰經紀公司不能配合出席公益活動一事，提出民事違約賠償之訴。

Yuki同時透過律師發表聲明，針對涉嫌教唆一事，表示有一分證據說一分話，司法調查可以還原事實與清白，強調曾跟曾姓等嫌犯吃飯，即使用呂某電話等證據，為子虛烏有，並強調自己的清譽。
