六福客棧排骨便當　大腸桿菌群超標

【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局今年9月針對市售滷味、麵食、三明治、便當等即食熟食食品進行抽驗，共抽驗50件即食熟食食品，其中六福客棧（台北市北平西路3號1F）自製的排骨便當，遭驗出大腸桿菌群最確數超標，已依《食品衛生管理法》開罰3萬元罰鍰。衛生局表示，民眾購買即食熟食，若食品的色澤及氣味出現異常，應避免食用，購買即食熟食食品後，應立即吃完，以防細菌滋生。

衛生局食品藥物管理處處長邱秀儀說，六福客棧自製排骨便當，大腸桿菌群最確數數值為每公克大腸桿菌群最大可能數逾1100（MPN/g），標準為1000以下，顯示排骨便當衛生不佳，可能是製作過程中衛生狀況、食材、器具等遭受污染，衛生局已要求業者進行改善。
