想買錶，對錶店折數的疑問

聖誕節到了，想挑支錶給送女友
因為小弟沒戴錶習慣，所以沒去店家買過錶(完全是個門外漢)，所以上網查較優的店家
之後看到蠻多人說，在店家是可以談折扣的，有些甚至能可以談到5~6折
但疑問來了

我在網路商城看的價格如下
建議售價$19800
網路價 $14800 ← (各家商城都開這個價)

那如果我要去店家問折數
這個所謂的5~6折，是從哪個價格下去談的?

建議售價?
網路價?
