【蔡筱雯／綜合報導】喉嚨痛時怎麼辦？英國學者說，把兩顆阿斯匹靈泡水，用這藥水漱口可以緩減喉痛徵兆，而且藥效可持續6小時。

英國《每日郵報》14日報導介紹多種緩減喉痛的方式，醫生說，吸入含有薄荷醇的藥物，也可讓鼻塞喉痛的病患覺得舒服些。紐西蘭學者則說，讓咳嗽的兒童睡前喝杯峰蜜水，防止夜咳的效果勝於咳嗽糖漿。另有病患反應耳部針灸可減輕喉嚨痛，但醫生認為安慰作用居多。
