聖誕風車鴨開趴　火辣女郎陪過節

【陳偉周／基隆報導】「擁恆文創園區」今天晚間6時許啟動開幕典禮，由璀璨的煙火秀開場，並將13萬隻風車組成應景的耶誕黃色小鴨，陪伴近萬遊客提前歡度耶誕派對，現場有多位耶誕女郎，拿著小鴨商品與民眾同樂，另有民眾攜家帶眷，爭相與風車鴨合影，但因雨勢較大，部分商家抱怨，生意不如預期。主辦單位表示，從21日開始，風車鴨展區，從早上10點至晚上7時許開放入園，邀大家共襄盛舉。
