檢評會結果 王金平「不予評論」

針對檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密等案，檢察官評鑑委員會今天決議將黃世銘報由法務部移送監察院審查，建議撤職。對此結果，立法院長王金平透過幕僚表示「不予評論」。

檢評會的調查結果，認定王金平對立委柯建銘所涉案件，曾向台灣高檢署檢察長陳守煌關說，陳守煌並再向高檢署檢察官林秀濤關說。對此，王金平幕僚也表示「不予評論」。
