【動新聞】帝寶年賣4戶　實價登錄卻掛0

【地產中心╱綜合報導】《蘋果》統計北市知名豪宅交易狀況，去年8月至今年9月內，謄本顯示最知名的「帝寶」豪宅社區共有4戶交易，但實價揭露紀錄卻1戶都沒有。

政府稱實價登錄揭露率有8成8，但不少豪宅揭露率不到5成。台北市地政局地價科科長曾錫雄表示，內政部規定申報期限為1個月，最近過戶的3戶帝寶相關資料皆尚未轉到地政局，因此無從揭露。他也提到，豪宅的實價登錄必須比一般住宅提供更多資料，會較慎重了解該社區價格與行情是否登記屬實。
