吳仁甫移送複訊　供稱：劉、林虐打時陳巧明也在場

外傳潛逃出境的「日月明功」幹部，福華明鏡總經理吳仁甫，13日下午從上海搭機回抵桃園國際機場，隨即被檢警帶回偵訊，吳仁甫坦承，自己有加入日月明功，且的確在5月18日看到劉享易、林甫朋在虐打詹姓高中生，當時陳巧明也在場。

對於外傳吳仁甫在彰化地檢署檢方兵分4路分別對台中、彰化等9個處所發動大規模搜索行動前「潛逃出境」一事，另有消息指出，吳仁甫是因擔任福華明鏡總經理而有出國入境大陸需要，並非刻意潛逃；因此，在知道相關被告被檢方聲請羈押禁見獲准後，立即迅速返台。

而關於被指涉共同下手將詹姓高中生虐死一事，吳仁甫在抵達桃園國際機場時簡短表示，「絕對不可能」；他表示，自己怎麼可能放著好好的事業、家庭去做這種事，強調自己絕對沒有涉入靈修虐死案情。

據媒體所獲消息，吳仁甫返台後隨即被檢警帶回偵訊，經過3小時後，被移送彰化地檢署複訊，吳仁甫告訴檢警，自己有加入日月明功，且的確在5月18日看到劉享易、林甫朋在虐打詹姓高中生，當時陳巧明也在場。不論陳巧明如何否認沒參與虐打，恐怕也難逃其責。
