恐怖情人高風險 檢求嚴峻之刑 母女命案

中國時報【葉德正／新北報導】

黃姓現役軍人不甘與王姓女友分手，王女還登門討債，事先買好童軍繩等作案物品後潛入王家，先勒斃王母，再綑綁王女性侵後殺害，手段極度凶殘；新北地檢署昨偵結，依殺人、加重強盜、強制性交等罪嫌起訴黃男。

檢方雖未具體求刑，但認為黃男僅因分手財務糾葛，即以此駭人聽聞手法逞凶、洩慾並報復，以不易留證據的童軍繩犯案，若不能確保他與世隔絕，實難想像出獄後，將對社會產生多大風險，建請法院給予嚴峻適切之刑。

檢警調查，黃男與王女是高中班對，黃男在交往期間涉嫌領走王女20幾萬元，女方家屬不滿。

檢警查出，黃男10月1日潛入王家，王母發現大聲呼叫，黃男即以童軍繩將王母勒斃，並躲在廚房等待女友返家。

王女在下午5時20分返家，黃男戴上頭套，尾隨在後偷襲，再用童軍繩綑綁王女，還在勒斃王女前予以性侵，警方在樓頂發現鬼鬼祟祟的黃男，將他逮捕。
