高盛首席分析師 Peter Oppenheimer 建議，投資人 2014 年眼光應該轉移至歐股上。

Oppenheimer 接受《CNBC》訪問時表示，雖然歐洲整體經濟相對仍較弱，但是他們非常看好歐股，且歐股先前表現顯然優於政府債，他們也認為這樣的狀況將持續。

Oppenheimer 認為，歐股現在還是「非常便宜」，同時 Oppenheimer 也看好歐元明年的表現，他認為歐元區明年經濟成長將可有 1.1%，2015 年會再緩步成長至 1.5%。

高盛首席經濟學家 Huw Pill 則點名最為看好西班牙，他認為歐債危機之後西班牙的改革得最多，也因此他給予西班牙中長期正面展望，他補充經濟改革和金融重整將能打擊當前經濟困境，例如高失業率。

Pill 表示，也因此他們短期內不會樂觀看待西班牙，但是他們的確認為在經濟改革之下，18 個月後西班牙經濟展望有望轉佳。

除了西班牙之外，Pill 還看好英國市場，在英國央行穩定的刺激經濟市場之下，英國市場表現可期。
