ADB上修中國經濟預估

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】亞洲開發銀行（Asian Development Bank，ADB）發表《亞洲開發展望補充報告》（Asian Development Outlook Supplement），上修中國今年由7.6%至7.7%，明年目標由7.4%升達7.5%，今年亞洲經濟成長目標可望達6%的目標，明年將達6.2%。
 
亞洲開發銀行預期，美國、日本成長前景改善，以及中國經濟表現可望優於預期，將使開發中亞洲國家經濟前景維持穩定。該報告對於亞洲整體經濟預估，與10月相同，提到台灣、中國與香港上季經濟表現則遜於南韓，主要因為出口成長減慢、內部因素影響。
 
亞洲開發銀行指出，中國政府增加基礎建設投資，將帶動經濟發展。中國第18屆三中全會所達成的改革共識，有利明年民間消費、民間投資發展。儘管中國明年經濟動能將比今年減弱，但中國仍將是東亞區域經濟發展的火車頭，預估東亞地區今、明年經濟成長率目標將分別達6.7%。
