基隆黃色小鴨爆人潮　想要「方便」不方便

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】黃色小鴨入港倒數十天，原預計在展區周邊放置五百座流動廁所，但基市府會勘評估，發現空間、場地嚴重不足，展區旁三百公尺遠的東三東四碼頭只能放置二十四座，三公里外的六合停車場則可放置十座。環保局說，將動員公共部門及周圍店家，提供六百零四座「友善廁所」供旅客「方便」，但餐飲店痛罵：「根本是趕鴨子上架，強人所難！」甚至有店家直言：「完全不考慮配合！」
