站穩資產租賃市場F-中租(5871-TW)公告年11月自結合併營收為30.8億元，月增21.59%，連續5個月創單月同期新高，營收逐月攀高，續創歷史新高，首次突破30億元，較去年同期成長40%，累計前11月合併營收為265億元，年增38%；依地區別營收成長，台灣地區、中國地區及泰國地區前11月營收分別較去年同期成長33%、40%及25%。

F-中租表示，11月單月合併營收較10月大幅成長22%，以台灣地區及中國地區營收成長最為顯著。台灣地區營收月增33%，除各項營收持續增長，加計今年下半年新挹注的飛機融資業務，營收維持逐月創高，中國地區業務動能進入高峰，企業資本支出需求增加，單月營收較10月成長18%。公司合併營收已連續5個月創單月同期新高，預計12月將持續維持此營運動能。

F-中租今年在台灣、中國及東協各國撐腰下，加上進入租賃業界的營收認列傳統旺季，法人估計單季將獲利超過15億元以上，全年營收將有機會衝上300億元，稅後淨利有機會挑戰60億元，每股盈餘上看6元。
