法國央行 調高 Q4 成長預測

　　 由於工業產出上升，法國央行－法國銀行宣布將今年第 4 季的經濟成長預測值，從0.4% 調升至 0.5%。法國統計局Insee 目前仍維持第 4 季成長 0.4%的預測。

在宣布調高 GDP 成長預測前，法國央行公布的調查結果顯示，法國企業的信心指數升至 2 年新高。法國在 2013 年初才剛擺脫衰退，經濟重新出現正成長。

法國央行這份報告中的工業指數，上升至 101 點，是 2011 年 5 月以來，首次來到 100 點以上。部份原因是藥品、化學制品、汽車及食品的需求增加，帶動整體工業產出成長。法國央行同時預測，對工業產品的需求將維持強勁成長。

至於法國 2013 年度的經濟成長率，則預測至少達到 0.1%。

信評機構標準普爾 Standard & Poor's 在 8 月份時，將法國主權評等調降至 AA 級，指法國失業率居高不下，使得法國政府很難做出重大的改革措施，以刺激經濟成長。
