我從小開始就很愛吃肉，現在是28歲
體重持續增加，身邊朋友都說服我要減肥
我曾經試了3種以上減肥方式
包括埋線和運動等等
我都嘗試過
但是都是半途而廢
經由我高中同學介紹
在網路上認識了我的恩人幫助我瘦身
經由食物營養和熱量控制方式
我這次是很認真的想要減重
配合半年我就瘦了20公斤的肥肉
減重過程中不斷給我信心和鼓勵
讓我減重過程非常有自信
又很有成就感
每個人看到現在的我都非常的訝異

我們總共瘦了51公斤
每天都可以開開心心穿著美麗衣服出門
