貪污判8年將入獄　郭瑤琪：訝異且憤怒

【丁牧群 ／台北報導】交通部前部長郭瑤琪7年前利用台北車站商場出租招標，收受廠商藏在茶葉罐內的匯款2萬美元後，2度指示台鐵重辦招標說明會，今天被最高法院維持更二審原判，依職務上收賄罪判刑8年，並要追繳不法所得。全案定讞。她昨得知判決結果後，受訪說：「訝異且憤怒。」並堅定地說：「我會盡一切、一切努力捍衛清白。」

郭瑤琪表示，不排除提出再審、非常上訴，或對證人南仁湖集團負責人李清波的兒子李宗賢提告偽證罪，因為李宗賢的證詞前後反覆不一，捏造事實。
