工人操作壓路機不慎墜落遭壓傷 雇主遭停工調查

新北市板橋區大觀路2段附近工地昨天發生一起壓路機翻落，造成1名工人被壓受傷的意外，新北市勞檢處得知後立刻派員到現場瞭解事故發生原因；勞檢處今天表示，初步調查發現，事故現場為浮洲合宜住宅計畫辦理道路橋樑興闢及交通改善工程的工地，事發當時下包商英翰工程所僱用的陳姓勞工37歲工人，在工區內駕駛壓路機，從事道路回填土滾壓作業，疑似不熟悉操作方法及路況，導致他連人帶車翻落在深達4公尺的集水井內，救護人員到達現場時，他原本已經沒有生命跡象，經緊急送往亞東醫院急救，還好已經恢復呼吸心跳。

勞檢處表示，依勞工安全衛生設施規則規定，對於營建機械的使用，雇主應事前依作業場所的地質、地形等狀況，決定機械的種類及性能，同時告知勞工行徑路線及作業方法，勞檢處針對現場違反勞工安全衛生規定事項，已經要求雇主立即停工配合調查，未來在改善計畫未送勞檢處核備前，不得使勞工再次使用相關營建機械。勞工局也將協助勞工家屬，處理後續職災慰助事宜。
