夜市雞肉美食地圖出爐　網羅近80攤店家

【朱正庭／台北報導】中央畜產會與農委會今舉辦「迺夜市、呷雞肉，台灣走透透」台灣雞肉行銷活動，並公布全台夜市雞肉美食地圖，包含師大夜市師園鹽酥雞、士林夜市豪大雞排、南機場夜市好吃炸雞、東海夜市蓮心冰雞爪凍等都入選，農委會估計，全台夜市販售雞肉美食估超過6千攤，希望藉公布地圖方便讓民眾能吃到人氣台灣雞肉美食。
 
地圖共收集全台近80攤，分為老店美食、人氣美食、創意美食，除了上述老店外，其他像樂華夜市永康公園生烤雞腿、逢甲夜市爆漿碳烤按摩雞排、G米翅、台南花園夜市味道樂雞腿串燒、高雄瑞豐夜市碳烤香雞排等人氣美食也都納入。
 
農委會表示，估全台夜市攤販雞肉美食商機每年上看150億元，幾乎呈現三步一炸（鹽酥雞、香雞排）五步一滷（滷味）十步一烤（烤雞腿）盛況，估全台夜市超過2萬個攤位，其中至少6千攤販售雞肉美食，已經變成國內雞肉消費重要通路。
