台電資產活化　「勵進酸菜鍋」傾向保留

【方翊倩／綜合報導】位在台北市和平東路上，專做酸菜白肉鍋的台電勵進餐廳，以及日據時代留下來的「台灣電力株式會社」，為配合國營事業活化資產，不排除整批移遷至他處。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台電這項活化資產計畫，已讓不少房產業者對這處精華地段國有地虎視眈眈。商仲業者說，台電位於和平東路的五千坪土地，將於明年第二、三季招商，粗估土地總價值達兩百億元，是目前國營事業中最高價的待售資產。
