台歷年來最多颱風 12月中到1月天氣偏乾冷

【大紀元2013年11月29日訊】（大紀元記者藍悅真台灣台北報導）中央氣象局29日表示，今（2013）年颱風共有31個，是自1994年以來颱風生成最多的一年，受到太平洋高壓偏北、菲律賓東方海域深層海溫異常溫暖，預估未來幾年颱風生成的機率高，尤其集中在秋季，且今年12月中旬到1月分受到西伯利亞高壓強度偏強，預估氣溫將偏冷，受到大陸冷氣團影響將有33~35天，受到寒流影響則有6天。

氣象預報中心主任鄭明典表示，12月到1月的大陸冷高壓偏低，位置離台灣近，所以未來12月中到1月分氣溫都會偏低偏乾，且受到1970年寒流早來的影響，今年偏冷的機會相對高，12月分到1月分氣溫偏冷、1月分到2月分則受到大陸高壓移動的影響，雨量方面則有偏乾的趨勢。◇（責任編輯：明芳）
