【短片】管線僅埋5公分　交通要道恐塌陷

【李定宇／新北報導】三重區居民日前向議員投訴，指三重交通要道重新路5段前，自來水公司配合捷運先嗇宮站進行管線遷移，但直徑30公分管線原工程規定需深埋120公分，但自來水公司卻僅埋不到5公分，議員陳啟能今上午前往現場會勘，痛批管線淺埋造成路面墊高，恐造成下雨時雨水灌入民宅，另淺埋也恐釀重車壓爆管線危機，導致路面坍陷危及汽機車行駛安全。

新北市養工處表示，將查證施作工程計畫，一旦確認管線未依規定深埋，將依《公路法》開罰，最高可罰自來水公司15萬元。
