「酒店殺手」陳勇志 最高院生死辯

曾經名列10大槍擊要犯、被稱為「酒店殺手」的男子陳勇志，涉及台中市酒店、KTV等3起槍擊案件，最少槍殺4人; 最高法院針對要不要判決陳勇志死刑定讞，上午召開言詞辯論庭。陳的律師主張，陳勇志開槍只為了示威，並非殺人，不具殺人的犯罪故意，不應該判處死刑，不過，檢方則認為，律師主張的都是事實審的認定問題，並非合法上訴的理由，應駁回上訴，維持死刑判決。
