北市市政大樓戲沙區周邊　下月禁菸

【張博亭／台北報導】北市衛生局今指出，「北市市政大樓戲沙區周邊區域」下月起禁止吸菸，違者最高可處1萬元罰鍰。衛生局健康管理處表示，位於市政大樓東南側的戲沙區，是父母與子女休憩的好去處，因設有露天座位區，也是民眾休息的地方，但因有部分民眾吸菸，影響其他不吸菸民眾及幼童健康權益，所以衛生局依據《菸害防制法》第15條規定，公告該區自12月1日起禁止吸菸，違規吸菸民眾，可處2千元至1萬元罰鍰。
