男友性侵11歲表妹　14歲少女竟幫逞慾

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】新北市一名21歲王姓男子性侵11歲表妹，14歲的女友竟未阻止，反而幫忙壓制，幫男友性侵逞慾。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，2010年8月某晚，王男到11歲表妹家玩時，請女友跟表妹說要玩「做愛」，表妹因對性好奇而答應，王男行動時，表妹感到害怕拒絕反抗，但王男不願意停止，指使女友幫忙壓制雙手，強行性侵得逞。王男事後向法官辯稱，表妹看起來已滿18歲，企圖脫罪。高等法院認定王男犯後態度不佳，昨依加重強制性交罪判他7年6月徒刑；王男女友因犯案時未成年，移由新北地院少年法庭審理。
