女女四角戀殺人 3嫌重判無期

台中市去年9月發生女女四角戀虐殺案，謝姓、蔡姓、陳姓、施姓等女子，將輕度智障女小玲（化名）拘禁凌虐20天，期間吳姓男子也加入凌虐，致陳女傷重死亡。

一審依傷害致死等罪，判蔡、謝無期徒刑，陳女30年徒刑，施女10年4月，吳男9年8月。台中高分院昨改判，謝、蔡、陳3女均判無期徒刑，吳男刑度不變，施女改判7年。

小玲去年9月12日離家出走，投靠曾交往過的女子謝瑜羚，已結婚的謝女與丈夫形同分居，在太平區租套房與陳韋妙同居，當時租屋處對面的套房，是另名女女戀者蔡郁青住處，因而安排小玲與蔡女同住。

謝女開始數落小玲背叛感情，蔡女、陳女也加入，要給小玲教訓。他們在小玲啤酒中加入安眠藥，將她拘禁，以狗鍊、繩子綁住，天天以皮帶抽打、用腳踹踢，以掃把柄、雨傘柄插入下體性侵，還以美工刀在身上凌虐，如削甘蔗般削臉、割乳房上百刀。

其間，女子施律妏到過現場3次，網友吳聲尉到過1次，加入毆打、性侵。
