遇假綁架詐騙電話　廢紙裝紙袋誘捕車手

台北市一名王姓男子日前遇到假綁架詐騙電話，雙方約定二十萬元的贖款，讓肉票獲釋，還好後來王姓男子查覺是詐騙技倆，偷偷向松山分局報案，並拿廢紙放紙袋當誘餌，讓警方順利將出面取款的車手逮捕到案。

這名快要六十歲的王姓男子是日前接到不明電話，對方宣稱王姓男子的兒子幫人作保積欠近百萬元的債務，要王姓男子拿錢贖人，否則將對肉票不利，王姓男子向歹徒說，現在沒工作，無法負擔，雙方討價還價，以二十萬元成交，歹徒也要求王姓男子領錢之後，以現金丟包方式放在指定公園裡。

王姓男子後來查覺有異，暗地用另一支電話向松山分局報案，在警方指導之下，王姓男子拿廢紙放在紙袋當誘餌，依照詐騙集團指示放置在公園，警方則是在附近埋伏，趁車手出面取款，將這名蔡姓男子逮個正著。嫌犯落網供稱，他是以一千元代價被吸收擔任車手。警方除了將他依詐欺罪嫌移送法辦，幕後的詐騙集團，也將積極追查。
