陳保基離開質詢台 嗆立委：來這不是被妳罵

綠委林岱樺今上午質詢時跟農委會主委陳保基爆出衝突，雙方為農委會對混米事件爭執不下，林岱樺接連強調為行政疏失，陳保基頻頻表示「妳聽我說完」，最後動氣指「妳聽我說完！」並離開質詢台走回位子強調，「我們來這裡不是一直被妳罵的啦！」

林岱華怒指「你來這裡當然要被我們監督。」陳保基回到質詢台抱怨「我們也有尊嚴啊！」但走回位子一事引起台下綠委大聲斥責，林則批評陳保基「傲慢的態度，你就是心虛」，主席最後裁示「立法院要有氣質，大家要好好討論」。
