立院三讀　女性勞工年增3天無薪生理假

【黃揚明／台北報導】國內近400萬女性受僱勞工有福了！立法院今天三讀通過《性別工作平等法》第14條修正案，未來女性勞工每年請生理假3天以內，不併入病假計算，但雇主可不給薪。也就是說，女性勞工未來每年除了30天半薪病假外，還可有3天不計入病假的無薪生理假。

現行《性別工作平等法》規定，女性受僱者因生理日致工作有困難者，每月得請生理假1日，但併入每年30天半薪病假計算，立委認為這壓縮了女性勞工半薪病假空間。
