檢舉黑心食品　中市立法檢舉獎金三成

【黃任膺／台中報導】台中市衛生局今天上午邀請勞工局、法制局及各食品公會、議員、產官學者共同討論「台中市檢舉重大違反食品安全衛生案件獎勵辦法草案」，議定提供檢舉民眾及檢舉員工獎金，鼓勵糾舉不法。
 
經多方討論，「台中市檢舉重大違反食品安全衛生案件獎勵辦法草案」，只做小部分條文文字修正，並基於利益迴避立場將「衛生局及衛生所人員」排除，為了廣徵各界意見將會再辦理第二次公聽會，綜整各界意見後，將依地方自治規則流程送交審議。
 
辦法中規定，遇重大食品安全案件，非法業者遭裁處金額確定後，檢舉民眾可獲得其中百分之三十的獎金，若為該公司員工檢舉，可得到百分之五十的獎金，額度則以每件一千五百萬元為上限。
 
台中市衛生局長黃美娜呼籲杜絕黑心食品安全，需要市民共同參與，民眾可透過郵寄、或是撥打食安檢舉專線0910-434914，將相關事證提供給衛生局，但民眾若以匿名、非真實姓名檢舉或未在紀錄中簽名者，就無法領取獎金。
