男開名車遭搶　嫌留指紋被起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名趙姓男子開名車代步，遭1名31歲楊姓男子覬覦，楊男便夥同2名男子，趁趙男開車駛離社區之際，強行上車，用膠帶綁住趙男雙手搶劫，不料趙男身上只有幾百元，3人便將車輛開往新北市山區，準備再逼迫他付錢。

所幸半路上碰到塞車，趙男趁機掙脫跳車逃離，楊男3人也隨即棄車逃逸。警方獲報後，在車上採到楊男指紋及膠帶上的DNA，循線將楊男逮捕到案；但楊男否認結夥搶劫，辯稱不認識趙男。但檢方認為既然互不相識，楊男即不可能搭過趙男的車輛，但車內卻出現楊男的指紋及DNA；全案偵結，將楊男依強盜罪嫌提起公訴。
