Apple 和 Samsung 的江湖恩怨有新裁決，後者賠款總額達到 8.88 億美元

在過去的兩年時間裡，手機行業的兩個巨頭 Apple 和 Samsung 一直在打官司。在早前，法院已經裁定 Samsung 賠償 Apple 的金額為 5.98 億美元，而這次陪審團又要求 Samsung 再給 2.9 億美元。這個金額比起 Apple 要求的 3.9 億美元額外賠款要少，而之前 Samsung 聲稱只需支付 5,200 萬美元，顯然最終的賠款金額大大超過了 Samsung 的預期。這樣一來，Samsung 總共要賠付 Apple 的金額為 8.88 億美元。在接下來，雙方的律師還有很多工作要做，但影響最終結果的可能性不大。

隨後，Apple 發佈了一個簡短聲明，全文如下：「對於 Apple 來說，這件事情不僅僅事關專利和金錢。它事關創新以及創造使用者喜愛的產品背後所付出的努力工作。儘管我們無法用賠償價格來衡量這些無形價值，但是我們感謝陪審團向 Samsung 表明抄襲是要付出代價的」。
