南韓捐機票稅 助愛滋病肺結核

全球對抗愛滋病、肺結核和瘧疾基金會（The Global Fund to FightAIDS, Tuberculosis & Malaria, GFATM）今天宣布，南韓捐贈機票稅、支持在全球對抗這三種疾病。

法新社報導，設在日內瓦的GFATM說，南韓承諾，未來三年的捐款將加倍。GFATM受各國政府和包括微軟公司（Microsoft）創辦人比爾．蓋茲等個人的捐助而營運。

南韓保健福祉部將於2014-2016年捐助600萬美元，外交部則預定2013-2017年捐助1000萬美元，取自國際航班旅客所付的機票稅。

南韓這項名為「消滅全球貧困稅」是從2007年開始徵收，主要是為了捐助貧困國家，打擊貧困與疾病。

全球對抗愛滋病、肺結核和瘧疾基金會董事長狄布（Mark Dybul）說：「大韓民國在創新運用募款方法，來協助對抗這三種疾病上引領了趨勢。韓國加倍捐助，也為20國集團（G20）其他國家立下可效法的模範。」1021121
