地上權案「華固新天地」　明年3月推

【潘姿羽／台北報導】華固建設5月取得北市羅斯福路六段財訓所地上權開發資格。華固建設總經理洪嘉昇表示，其中住宅用地預計明年3月推出20~40坪1~3房產品，每坪開價40~50出頭萬元，案名定為「華固新天地」。
 
洪嘉昇指出，開發案的住宅用地就約9900坪，且距捷運景美站僅500公尺，開車約15分鐘便可達信義區，「台北市找不到這樣的土地了。」雖有70年年限，但1500萬元就能購得1~2房，以民眾的購屋階段來說，70年也足夠作為二代宅。
