鮮乳用藥漏洞 食衛署：檢討正面表列

昨出刊的「商業周刊」檢出多款市售鮮乳殘留藥物，農委會、衛福部皆指，檢出殘留物大多是乳牛吃藥後合理的「代謝物質」；綠委田秋堇批衛福部只檢驗正面表列項目，若使用表列之外的藥品，成為食安把關漏洞。衛福部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美表示，會重新檢討正面表列的政策。

田秋堇也說，乳牛吃藥後產生合理「代謝物質」，代表生病的乳牛仍持續靠藥物繼續泌乳，等於是強迫生病乳牛繼續工作，也已嚴重違反動物福利。
