標題[請問] 基隆到底是？

想請問一下 五都出現後 基隆好像就不算在台北裡面 wiki又說是「基隆市現在是台灣省的一個外飛地， 為唯一不和其他台灣省屬縣市相連接的二級行政區。」 這樣子 基隆市到底算在誰的下面？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.129.81.244
