暖冬甜點網誌版：(2013年十一月) http://kuni.pixnet.net/blog/post/301769045 ------------------------------------------------------- 八棟圓仔湯 地址：台北市中華路二段309巷20號 電話：(02)2332-9617 時間：15:00~01:00 ------------------------------------------------------- 寒天就快到來，依朋友們推薦的名單， 　傍晚抵達以平價美食知名的南機場夜市。 　入口進去一下子看到去年的湯圓冠軍：八棟圓仔湯。 　 　親和力不錯的老闆娘給人好印象， 　環境乾淨更令人感到意外， 　趁著客人不多一共點了： 　紅豆花生湯加小湯圓(NT.50) 　 　酒釀甜蛋湯配芝麻及花生湯圓(NT.80) 　才十一月，著短袖，晚間的溫度有些不尋常的下降， 　一絲絲感動藉著那碗熱騰騰的花生湯傳遞到手心上， 　不大甜也沒煮過爛的紅豆點綴在其中， 　湯圓尺寸偏小，口感又嫩又軟。 　 　酒釀湯的甜甜香氣偏清淡但頗為迷人， 　配著順滑蛋花很容易入口， 　大湯圓一樣有著極軟的口感，皮薄適中， 　一口咬下餡料緩緩流出，熱呼呼在口中散開， 　好滋味。 　 　八棟沒有讓人感到極為驚嘆的美味， 　但不過甜不過膩，親切，耐吃。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.178.165
