代同事詢問，我們目前在某電信公司當客服，昨天不小心將手機帶入工作場所被長官抓到 當場就跟我同事說違反工作規定須扣薪3000元，我同事只是初犯且也沒給他申訴的機會這 樣扣薪合理嗎?可以去勞工局申訴嗎?請板上各位前輩可以給我一些意見嗎?謝謝~~ 第一次發文排版有點雜~~不好意思? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.48.92
